Mayflower House Childcare is a warm, family-run setting based in my home in Market Deeping .
I’m Tanya, an Ofsted-registered childminder with previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, my passion is creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow at their own pace.
I work with two fun and creative qualified assistants
We have a bright and welcoming playroom and a large, secure garden offering endless opportunities for outdoor learning and fun.
The garden includes:
· Sand and water play stations
· A large mud kitchen
· A climbing frame
· A developing forest school area to encourage exploration and curiosity
We also go on regular outings to local parks, play areas, play centres, and other places of interest to broaden our learning experiences.
Indoors, we enjoy a wide variety of activities including
circle time, role play, story time, arts and crafts, painting, drawing, Play-Doh, and much more!
Special Events
We love to celebrate together!
· End of Year Party: Featuring a bouncy castle, takeaway treat, and a professional photographer for keepsake photos.
· Christmas Party: A festive celebration with Santa and special gifts for the children.
·
A Nurturing Learning Environment

· The same social interaction and learning opportunities as a nursery

and 2 qualified assistants
The main difference is the lower adult/child ratios we work to in childminding compared with a nursery environment which allow us to provide a much higher standard of quality childcare and importantly that
"one to one attention! "
